Default A box full of dead-ends.

My latest puzzle box...

Eight ways to open the box, but only one way leads to the lid coming off...
Twisted, or what?

One of these days I have got to try one of your boxes. For now I just have fun with a rubics cube.

Oh, all right then.
Eight ways to start opening the box, but since every way behaves the same, you don't know until you get to the end whether it's the right way.
Only one way goes far enough to get the lid off.
And before you ask, yes, it fools me too!
Since the box looks the same from every angle, you can't tell which is up or down, back-to-front, etc.
