This was cut from a pattern found in the SSWC special Holiday Ornaments and Toys edition. Cut form 1in Mahogany, finish is Tung Oil. DW |

Looks real good, the grain sure adds to the effect. I hope Bob is keeping track of all the projects that are being done from this magazine special. I bet its a record for amount and time. Alan. |

Very nice job DW. You beat me to it. I also love the way the grain enhances the pattern. All I need to do is finish my daughters basement trim work and it's back to the saw. #7 blade? sawdustus

Hi DW, Great job on the progect. I did the Penguin Pair out of walnut. Looking at yours, I am not sure which I like better mahogany or walnut. That mahogany sure is beautiful. Denny |

Good work, yeah I'd rather use a smaller blade, but no way a #2 would run worth a hoot through 1" mahogany. I rarely use less than a #5 when cutting the thick hard stuff. Tom |

Let me add my Congratulations too. As I'm new to scrolling I had planned to ask you what size blade and how thick the wood? My questions were answered by you in other posts. The wood is just beautiful and you sure skillfully cut out the puzzle. KathyRo
