Question Do They Sell NFL Pattern Books?

I know that I've seen football helmet patterns in catalogs like "The Wooden Teddy Bear" but they don't have the actual logos for the teams, just the pattern for the name of the city or state . Does anyone know of a book that has patterns for NFL helmets? (My cousin is a big Colts fan. Thought I'd surprise her.)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

All professional sports are tightly regulated by trademarks and licensing agreements.

MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, NASCAR, as well as college stuff is all off limits as a resale item.

Don`t quote me, but "fair use" might cover it for a one time gift, but you will have to make your own pattern. The Colts horseshoe is one of the simpler ones to do.

Steve

Just do a Google search and make your own pattern from a picture. There are plenty to choose from and as long as you are not going to try to sell it you should be okay!

No, not wanting to sell it. Just a gift for my cousin. Thanks for the information. You're right. A horseshoe should be an easy one.

Thanks guys!!!

OMG! Dan that is PERFECT! I just looked at the site and found the pattern. Better than anything I could have hoped for. She'll be SO surprised!

Bless you all AGAIN for the help!
