Question Music Pattern Help Please

I have given up and request some help on this. I was asked to do a piece for the music room in my uncle's house. Height 8" by 36" across. I've attached a couple of examples along with the beginning of the song to show the notes I'd like on it. It's basically a music staff that waves (like a flag). Originally I/we were going with the end tapering off [see second pic], but with the size being 8 x 36, it might be better to keep the end (right side) the same height as the beginning (left side) [see 1st pic]. Seems I have no problem with straight lines... it's the curvy ones that got me.

Next week Uncle (and family) will be in their house for a year. Guess I was stumped on this longer than I realized.

Thanks for any advice, patterns, etc.
Dev

Dev, you can use the Mesh Warp Tool or equivalent in your photo editing software. Here's a couple that might work for you.

Thanks Sue.

I think I've just about got it now.
