Didn't say they weren't but what other folks choose to put up on their own sites is up to them. Actually, last I knew, the rights to these belonged to the Michael Jackson estate.

I've been looking for one of Paul and Ringo myself. I have John and George already finished. I would really like a good pattern of the whole group if anyone knows where I can find one.

Kerry Hallam offers a great Beatles pattern for free. He actually has two, but the Beatles Pose I've cut several times and people love it. I believe his site is kerrysbladeart.blogspot.
