Can anyone help and convert this pic to a pattern? It is of my Dog Zeus that passed away. Thank you. I am not real sure how to upload photos on here but I will try my best. Thanks

That picture brings tears to my eyes. I had an 18 year dog named ODIE that passed away 5 years ago. Looked just like him.. But my pattern makeing is not that good.
