I'm looking for the Birth-Day Plaque pattern they had in the September 2008 issue of CWC. All help is appreciated.

Although I dont see that particular issue here https://www.keysecure.com/seyco.com/...t=WWBackIssues you may be able to contact them for a backissue. Another place to try is Dirk directly at The Art Factory . Hopefully that will help you, as it is unlawful to freely share that pattern.
