Default need help with photo

Im having so much trouble with this new site, trying to find everything and familiarizing myself with the location of all the boards, but I think Im figuring it out.
Well, I need help with this photo. I have the basic idea down but need help with retouching since I want it more realistec and still have trouble with that part

Hi Candy, I think you're on the right track with your pattern. I have attached one here to show you what I would do....thin the lines on her face to give her a softer look. Put some bridges around her face to make sure you could cut it and not have her face fall out. And just shadowed in her hair to give it the look of highlights in it. I'm sure other designers could give you some more tips. Keep up the great work!
