Things are starting to calm down around here so i thought i would post some pictures of our new show set up. We have no idea if it helped sales but we got a lot of compliments and we think it looks good!! The fourth Picture is my choice of the best chainsaw art on display. |

How'd the show go? We had 90+++ at our show on the weekend. Definitely slower than last year. We'll see how Salem Art Fair goes in about a week and a half. ..then on to Lincoln City OR up the coast.

overall we did about what we hoped, , the strange part is we did 90% of the sales in 2 hours Saturday, so that made a lot of long slow hours!! We didn't do this show last year do to my issues, but we almost doubled our sales of two years ago.

I know exactly what you mean! Sunday we hand NO sales until after 2pm. Then between 2 and 3 we had all the sales of the day. It's happened to me that way more than once. Makes the days drag for sure. Glad your sales were good. I've had some shows this year better than previous ones and some much much worse. Hard to judge this year.

Nice set up Grover and beautiful work. Glad it was a success. I like the idea of donating part of the proceeds to a favorite charity. That is very generous of you. george

Would that chainsaw carving be by Bob King? That is one well-finished piece. Terry |
