What is it you are trying to accomplish?
Do you mean do you have to sign an agreement to get a custom pattern on this site?
If that is your question the answer is NO. Just place a thread (question) in the forum of
Scroll Saw Pattern Requests - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

One of our wonderful designers will be by and help you get a pattern.
