I use Managed Dedicated Servers Hosting, ASP.NET, SQL Server, ColdFusion Web Hosting Reasonable price, No advertisements pop ups unless you put them there. You have to choose one of their templates but can modify somewhat to fit your needs. (my only complaint about them). Check them out. they offer several packages. Very easy to use, you don't need to know computerese gingalegoop to use it. Good luck!!!!!!
