The cross patterns by Jay Hammerle are beautiful, but have a little mercy on us "chromatically challenged" readers. Blue dashed lines and red dashed lines just look like the same dashed lines when you don't see color! It's kind of like living in a Xerox world without the benefit of seeing the original. Next time, would it be possible to use two different dashed lines with the color to help differentiate them?

I see colours very well - but I fully agree about remembering those who are less fortunate. Although I can't remember seeing "white print on dark/coloured background" in this publication - please do not even dream of something like that! <ticon> DID YOU READ ME SHANNON ??? <ticoff>

We do occasionally print white type on a dark background, but we always bold the text and don't run more than a paragraph or two - usually the lead paragraph on a full page photo....

Hey I had not trouble following his patterns. look in the bragging section for the double cross on black walnut with curly maple, the photo dosen't do it justice.I'll soon post the two-tier with same material. I think if this guy has anymore material you should sign him up. your in wood Don |
