Unhappy Oh My Gwad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bob D just sent me an Email. First I apologize for my mistake. I made a mistake on what Christmas Magazine I received. DUH!!! It is tough getting old. I got the Magazine from the BRAND X company, and got Bob in trouble. I also Apologize to all my Friends on this board for getting them in a uproar and dissing on SSW&C for not sending them their copy. So I'll be digging a hole when I get home and bury me and the X Brand Magazine in it. May the Gods of Sawdust forgive me.

PS Buddy / Ignore Lists If you must. I'll understand. But please forgive me.....I'm so embarrassed.

I think that the sawdust gods will be easy on you

It's perfectly normal to get so excited when you see a scroll saw magazine arrive on your doorstep that you lose all sense of anything else and open it immediately without seeing the name on the cover!!

Next time...after you're initial elation just stop....breathe....breathe again...then sit down and rip into it when you do post just glance at the cover and you'll be fine!!

Pete,
No problem! I was joking about getting in trouble! Accidents happen. You don't have to call it Brand X, either! I've met most of the people who work for Creative Woodworks and Crafts, and they are good people! No worries my friend!!!

It's not old age. I'm not even 40 and it took me over 3 weeks to realize I wasn't on the Creative Woodworks and Crafts forum. That was the magazine I was getting.
When I finally realized my mistake I had to order the 2 year subscription from SSWC to cover my embarrasment. All that talk about the free book helped too.

So many patterns... So little time.

LOL
all these members that got excited is funny. Some went and ordered the issue in a panic and others like me...were standing by the mailbox waiting.
BTW: I did get that issue yesterday and had to remind hubby to stop looking for the fox!!!

Don't feel bad Pete.......I just went to look at the magazine because I thought it was from SSWC too. I kept wondering why three magazines were coming. I totaly forgot about "the other magazine I subscribe to".
Now it's starting to make sense.

Its all good.I kind of had an idea that was the issue you recieved, since I got mine around the same time. There are some really neat things in that issue,a couple definate do's for me anyways, but I am still holding my breath waiting on the sswc to arrive! And, like Kevin stated, I too was afraid for Bobs safety when Betty read that thread, Ive heard her maiden name was Bobbit I think!!!
