| Where's Mine? Ok, I renewed over a month ago, still no current issue. Is there someplace I need to go to (be nice now) to see where my mag is? Of course, using the library computer, it will take me 2 days to get back here to read your reply so it might come by then.

| I called yesterday and was told my order was entered on 7/3 (later than I thought I had sent it in) and I would be getting the summer, fall & special issue together and they were already mailed. Should arrive by 8/18. Does that sound right? All three together? Now, what can you do about the customer service dept at Best Buy where my computer is?
Betty

| Betty I have a personal boycott on Best Buy. Don't get started with them. They have a big picture of me on the wall that says " If you see this guy run."

| Betty...
I'm not sure that sounds totally accurate...
They only do the "label pulls" every couple of weeks - but from 7/3 to 8/18 seems like a long time. Send me a private message with your full name and address and I'll look into it when I get back from the Wisconsin show on Monday.
The special issue is just going to the printer today (WHEW!) But I can't imagine they would be holding the other issues until that one is ready.
Give me your info and I'll figure out what's going on. |

| Now that I re-read that - you should receive by 8/18 - not mail on 8/18 - which sounds better.... but you don't count on that special issue by 8/18 - it's due to mail on 8/12 (and will probably take a few weeks to arrive.) But think of all those Christmas projects! Ended up being 109 patterns in that sucker! |
