Default Can't find that pattern!

(not sure where to post this) I'm looking for a castle/dragon pattern I saw in one of my magazines fairly recently. It was three layered and done in walnut. If anyone can recall which issue it's in, I'd sure appreciate it.

It would be nice if there were an index of each pattern published in SSWC somewhere for a reference. I must have misplaced the issue I'm looking for.

My apologies if this pattern was published in some other woodworking magazine.

Did you check the "article archives" link on the left of this page? Not sure how they are archived - I do know you can bring up authors, but you might be able to pull up subjects too.

Wildwood has a Dragon/castle desk pen set . I believe Dirk Boelman , Art Factory has some dragon designs . You could also try google patterns and see what is there .

Hi Richard,

I've been going through back issues making my own index of "things I want to get to", and there's a 3-layered dragon and castle "Fantasy Layerscape" by Lora S. Irish in Issue 29/Holiday 2007.

As Theresa suggested, it's findable from the Article Index by searching on the "Dragon" keyword.

Thanks for the replies. Of course, I should have checked the obvious article index on the side. I saw the article archives and was sidetracked there.

The "Fantasy Layerscape" was exactly what I was looking for. I had the holiday issue set aside and had forgotten that holiday issues contain more than holiday projects (doh!).

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
