Default Get a photo of your scrolled work in a Fox Chapel Book!!!

Hi Gang,
We are expanding Judy and Dave Peterson's book, Animal Puzzles for the Scroll Saw, as we prepare to issue a second edition. The second edition will have 20 new patterns, and we'd also like to feature a gallery of puzzles cut by the book's readers.

Our book editorial department asked me to start this thread asking our members to post photos of patterns from the book they have cut.

Please post your photos here. The deadline for submissions is June 1. If your project is selected, we'll contact you and ask you to ship the puzzles to our office for photography. After we have all of the photography we need, we'll ship the puzzle back to you.

In addition to having a photo of your work and your name published in the book, you will also receive a free copy of the book.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. If we get a bunch of questions, I'll move them to a separate thread so we can keep this one focused on the photo submissions.

Best regards,
Bob Duncan

I don't have the book and never cut a 3 D animal puzzle before...so you'll need to send me the book in advance or else I won't know what to cut.

Thanks Carter,
Unfortunately...it's a book of Judy Peterson's puzzles...so the photos in the gallery have to be her design...

Hi Bob, do you have a link of where to obtain that book and maybe some samples of what all is in it. I would be interested in the book not to have my picture taken but to make some puzzles for my own shows. Thanks, Steve

Id love to have a few displayed in the new book. That puzzle book is one of my lost books. I have three books that I can not find here anywhere.I bought one on ebay recently to replace one of my lost ones, and ended up buying the wrong book!!! I have doubles of a few books now, and I should post the titles Im looking for, and what I have doubles of, maybe someone has the ones I cant find! If I find my copy of the puzzles, I will cut a few . Dale

Hi Bob
Here are a few patterns from Dave and Judy's book animal puzzles. I have really enjoyed making all of the projects in this book.
The wolf and the polar bear are made from white bamboo. The bulldog was made from oak and the penguin is made from cherry.
This book was the first pattern book I used when I first started scrolling and it help me a lot.
I do have all of the puzzles made from the book but not in photo format if there is any puzzle you would like to see I will try and help you out.
Graham
