Default PDF Versions ????

HI Bob,
Have you given any thought to having the magazine available as a PDF file? The reason I ask is because I am fairly new to woodworking and it would be great to be able to get some of the back issues that are out of print. The beauty of the PDf is there would be no out of print, I might not be able to get the physical magazine, but I could get a PDF file that I could either print the whole thing or just specific articles if I wanted.

I have ordered the SSWC collector set and that is what caused my curiosity. I also subscribe to a couple programming magazines that have this available and it is quite handy.

Just a thought

Good luck with the forum upgrade.

Cheers.

Chris

I like that Idea or make all of the issues available in cd form. I would love to have a complete set in the form of cds. Steve

It's definately something we've been thinking about. Part of the problem is that some of our early issues (like Issue 3 <GRIN>) were done as film, not digitally...

We're working out the details on how to put it all together. Long story short...we're working on it!

Ahh Bob I remember those early days of film.
I actually did some stripping back then <grin>

All of you can get your minds out of the gutter. It is a Litho term.
So is gutter but that is another story.

It would be great to get PDFs thats for sure.

Sounds great. I am missing issue 19 and a pattern page from issue 3 that I bought on EBay.

Hi Diane,
The best thing to do to get the pattern page from issue #3 is to contact our Customer Service department. They should be able to get it for you for a nominal fee, and no one runs into any hassles over copyrights.

Never got that page and I am still looking on EBay for another copy.
Thanks for that offer Bob. Might look into that option.
Finally got issue 19 last week from EBay. My collection is complete after a few years of working on getting them. I have cut a potpourri box from issue 19. Will post pictures later in the month when work is less hectic.
