| Renew Link on left-hand menu bar Shannon/Bob,
I tried using the "Renew - Make Payment" link in the left-hand menu bar and received this message:
"The Online Subscription Services will be closed between December 13th thru January 2nd for system upgrades. If you would would like to renew, pay your bill, know your account status, or change your address, please contact customer service:"
I was able to renew however using the Renew - Make Payment link from the Subscription Services page. I think it's just a broken link but I figured I'd let you know.
