Default New subscribers service provider

The most informative part of the label on the magazine when it comes is the fact that it shows when the current subscription expires. Will that continue with the new folks from Escondido? It's really annoying when a third party is responsible for renewing a magazine subscription and they keep sending out " Avoid Subscription Interruption" notices when your current subscription is good for another 2-3 years. I've heard of older folks who have subscribed to magazines and the subscription is still good years after they passed away because they don't check the expiration date and just renew evey time a notice shows up (my wife works for the local aging office and they have an on-going service to educate the elderly on this fact).

Default labels

They are actually using the SAME software system that we used - so to the best of my knowledge, your label will appear the same. We did have to change the actual name of the issues to coincide with their formatting - so where you may have seen "Jan - Spring 08" - you will now only see "Spring 08." (I'm pretty sure that was the change - take the month out and just have the issue name... but my mind is not as sharp as it used to be and those little details escape me quickly...)

We are working very closely with the new company and if you encounter any problems - please send me a private message so I can address it.

You should not receive renewal notices unless you only have two issues remaining on your subscription. If you ever discover that you have paid years in advance, and don't want to have that money out there, just call and we can cancel and refund any future renewals that were paid unintentionally.

Already got one from them yesterday with the dreaded message "AVOID SUBSCRIPTION INTERRUPTION" and I had checked with you folks last week to make sure I didn't need to renew because I wasn't sure if the "Boss' had paid the subscription since you had the message on the site about having trouble with the on-line renewal system. Please don't take it personal ... I just get truely annoyed with 'clearing houses'.

Pop - Please send me a private message with your name and address so I can look into why you received a notice.

If there are any bugs in the system - we want to work them out early!

Default My Bad! Back to sitting in the coorner

I should have checked before starting to point a bad finger! I was going to scan the notice and send it to Shannon when I discovered it wasn't for Scrollsaw...it was for Woodcarving. I should have checked when I was told it was from Fox before starting my fingers typing. I had sent for a free issue of Woodcarving about a month ago to see if I wanted to get it. I'll go sit in the corner now for the rest of the day....... DUH

Don't be so hard on yourself Pop...If I had a dollar for every time I spoke out of turn I would be rich enough to buy everyone on here a subscription for life. Plus I would have made another dollar last night.
