Default Christmas Patterns

Ok, Bob, it's now May and I'm wanting new Christmas Patterns to cut, can I expect some in the next issue of SSW?

Betty

Betty, have you completely lost it? Our lakes have been ice free for only a few weeks and you're thinking Christmas? Me thinks you are nuts.

Hi Betty, I find these to do well at christmas time and a few in between. If you like you can email me and I will get the patterns out and send them to you. Steve

Betty, I have every confidence there'll be loads of Christmas projects in the next edition. You'll really enjoy reading it when it's delivered...

...in January 2008.

Steve, are you sure those are popular at Christmas? I'd have thought they were more appropriate for Easter, but then again, I've never visited Arthur, WV.

Hi Gill, I think it is probably because I have more customers seeing my work more, closer to Christmas. Actually Gill, you are probably right in the fact that they are more appropriate for Easter. I have just not pushed any sales at that time of year. Although I find that my Christian works do sell well at Christmas and are lacking any other time of year.

Strange that, isn't it Steve? They are nice designs, though, so perhaps it's simply a case of your customers buying them when the opportunity arises. And Christmas does tend to be a time when people are more inclined to part with their cash.

I usually start my xmas cuttings in July, I went nuts last year as someone ordered 200 ornaments the first week of December, I'll be prepared this year (yea, sure).

Gee, Mike, you sound like my husband, he's always asking me "Are you nuts or what?" I'm afraid to ask what he means by "or what". Bob, A Holiday Pattern? Only one? In the Fall? You know I'll be busy with my new grandson, due to arrive in 4 weeks 1 day but who's counting except my daughter, so I have to cut now!! Christmas in July guys! Get in the spirit! And Gill, how about if I email you my copy of the magazine page by page when I get it? Or would that be copywright infringement? (Bob you didn't read that) I'll look through last year's holiday issue that I got in December too late to do anything with and make some stuff now and pretend it's new!!
