It's set up to drop a cookie on your machine when you vote, Ian, to try to prevent multiple votes...so if you tossed your cookies, it doesn't have a record that you voted...

I was thinking that the 'Other' category is rather large, until I thought about it a little. Sears/Craftsman and Ryobi are big brands that spring to mind.

The polls are a good idea, Bob, interesting for readers and probably useful for planning articles and talking to advertisers.

Thumbs down Scroll saw poll

Surprized at the results of the poll, i would have thought there would have been many more hawks and hegners. I like my year old Excaliber, but i still rely on my trusty Dewalt for those tricky cuts.

My cookies must have been tossed because today it's asking me to vote again. Up until now, it was showing the results.

(I blame the cats- they're always tossing things around here!!)

Thanks for the Bob. I have my computer set to remove any cookies when I exit the browser, so that explains it. Are you going to publish the poll results when it's run its course?

Bob, if you want to start a real fire do a survey on blades. That should be amusing
