Yes, the fuzzies are on the picture on Rick's website, but what about this other picture? There are no fuzzies at all on that one. Go here... http://baxterweb.com/ipp17/images/puzzles/bobroff.jpg Now, how did they do THAT without fuzzies?

I find that in making one the fuzzies have more to do with the blade in the saw. I used a combination blade to nibble out the slots and have fuzzies and irregular bottoms on the notches. But if you used a good dado blade and a backup piece of wood to keep from chipout on the back, you could end up without the fuzzies.
