Default Picture of friends

Here is the picture of Marcel and I when I went to his house last Friday. Had a wonderful time and found a new friend.

Hey Diane,

Glad you enjoyed yourself, as I did.

Keep that picture, so that we can compare next year and see how successfully the surgery will be for me.

I too have found a new friend, and I hope we will be able to do it again in the near future

And since you come to town more often than I go in your neighbourhood...
Well not really an excuse I guess.

BTW, the wood stove is up and running since Saturday, this cold spell makes it just that more enjoyable.

See you soon,
Marcel

That is so great that you folks met up and made some sawdust. Woodworker visits are the best!

Your right, meeting up with online woodworking buddies is loads of fun? How long is it now until you relocate, then you and Mike can hook up , your moving near him if I remember right. Thatll be fun. There is still room in WI if you change your mind though! Dale

Marcel, I hope that the surgery goes well whenever it is and whatever it is for. I will add you to my prayer list.

I'm confident that the surgery will go well. I'm glad that you are getting pleasure out of the fireplace. That's what I use at home.
Now you will have to make 2 nice rocking recliner chairs...to put in front of the stove.

Hi Scott,

Thanks. The surgery is to get a LapBand stomach prosthetic device installed for weight loss.

It is done through lapararoscopy, and should go well. My wife is getting it done next Wednesday (02/14, St-Valentine's day) and I'm getting mine in March.

Initially, I was scheduled to get mine on Feb 05th, but my wife wanted to go under the knife first. She says I'm too much of a baby and I would have scared her from getting hers done.

I just think she was afraid that she would have scared herself: Usually I tend to want to be left alone when sick or in pain. give me good meds and I'll get back to reality when I feel better.

So when they called me I told them to schedule her first, they said they'd give me my surgery date when we went for hers since they didn't have the Surgeon's March schedule.

So I'm hoping that the pictures next year will show me with a face that will be quite a bit narrower than that picture.

Regards,
Marcel
