Default sitting time

Is there anyway to change the time sitting, mine is 2 hours off???????
At the bottom of the page mine says GMT -3

At the top you click on "user CP"
then from there on the left side panel you choose "edit option"
from there you scroll down until you find "date and time option"

you change it to whatever your timezone is.

Just looked to see where in the world GMT -3 was! It's Brazil ...

There's an interesting option on there for GMT -2 -that's mid-Atlantic - could be useful for Gill's underwater scroller ...
