Default Hanks new home

sounds like my brother-in-law had a mule of a Christmas...

after a long night of celebrating Christmas Eve with the family I was awakened early this morning with a phone call from Montana thanking me for my gift....they just love Hank....

my sister-in-law gave him the picture...you would of thought we had this planned...

my brother in law got a mule earlier this year for his 50th birthday.
He's also a retired special forces guy and when he left the Army they rehabilitated him as a farrier (a guy who puts shoes on horses)...

that phone call this morning was worth every minute I put into Hank...
and now the rest of the family wants to know when are they going to get their pieces...

That is so cool-- doesn't it make you feel good to know you made someones day with something you made?

Hank is such a wonderful piece of art. I have a cousin that is a mule skinner in Idaho. He would sure like something like that. I don't think I could ever make one like that, but it does give me something to work for.
