| Posting Pictures Could somebody please tell me how to attach thumbnails to a post? I go to the bottom, manage attachments, pick out my pictures, make sure they are JPG, attach and PRESTO! They aren't there. I know we had a discussion on this someplace in the forum, but I can't find it. PLEASE HELP. I really would like to post some pictures so you can see that I really can scroll!!
Thanks muchly.

| Posting pictures Hi Betty, I had that problem and the solution was to resize the photos to 640 x 480 pixels. I hope this helps. Steve |

| Hey Betty,
First, open your pics in a graphics program and make sure, if they aren't already, to resize them to no more than 640 X 480 and save them. Then, go in like you did and manage attachments. A screen pops up and click browse and when you locate one, double click it and the location will show up in the window. Do this for each picture. Then click upload. Wait for that to complete and make sure there are messages telling you that it's unable to do it. If A-OK, close the window and scroll near the bottom of the open page to where it says additional options. A little below that it will say attach files and your JPG's should be listed. If so, preview your post and they should be there.
I hope this does it because I would really like to see if you can really scroll. |

| Mike, why 640 x480? According to the info on the manage attachments list the max size is 780x780? Is there something I'm missing?
I usually just resize mine to 780 pixels on the longest side - width or height depending on picture format and it has always worked....

| Ian, evidentally things have changed. I was aware that it was changed to accept 640 X 480 either direction but wasn't aware they increased the size limitations overall. I assume you are not referring to the gallery, which has no limitations. |
