I have noticed in some of the forums like General Scroll Saw and Bragging Section there are stars under rating. What do they tell you and who puts them there?

Hi Bob, I have pondered this exact question, and now I know the answer, because I rated this thread. I clicked on Rate Thread, clicked on Good, and wala your post was rated. I thought, at first, the threads were rated by the moderators, but obviously not, anyone can rate a thread. It just means what someone thinks of a thread.
