I actually thought there were 2 foxes! There's the one that's the outline of the fox which is the one we're supposed to get, but if you look just above it there seems to be another which is solid color.

Are you saying you'd like another hint, Evie? Perhaps you overlooked this one, 'I certainly wouldn't tell you witch page it was on' in which my spelling was out. And spelling is definitely important when you're hunting this fox. So is punning.

Gill, there are actually 3 foxes on that page. One is a white silhouette, one is a white outline, and one is a grey silhouette. I also only found the two white ones initially, but somebody gave me a hint that there was a third and I had to go back and look again.

Good luck Evie. They are some sly foxes this time, but they are there.

Ooh, I didn't know about the gray silhouette. I'll have to go have another look later.

Isn't it sneaky of the magazine to put in some red herrings (although I'm not sure it's appropriate to describe them as 'red herrings')?

Bob,

The fox is a contest organized by Fox Chapel publishing inside the SSW&C magazine.

They hide a flipped image of their fox logo (it faces left instead of right) inside the magazine and you have to find it.

The previous issue I found it right away, this issue I was unable to.

They did a great job of hiding it

Regards,
Marcel
