Default Segmentation at its best....

A while back I displayed an interest in trying segmentation and asked members what book(S) they recomended to help me out. One was Scroll saw Art by Patrick Spielman and Kerry Shirts. The book is out of print I guess, but I was able to obtain a copy thru Sloans, And I knew who Mr Spielman was, but who is Kerry Shirts? I did a Google search and all I can say is WOW!

Check out some of his work here http://www.prowoodart.com/index.htm you won't be sorry.

I've just finished my first attempt of an Eagle Head from the book I ordered, I still have to mount it. And I have a whole new appreciation of those who do this type of scrollsaw work. Such as Neal Moore and Ol Mooner and others.
For you new members if you haven't check out these members galleries please do so, you might be as amazed as I was.
