Default How do I post pics

Hi all
Evie has tried to help me post some pics, but I can't get any further then getting them into the area of the screen where it says Manage Attachements.
I can't seem to get them from there into the body of my post.
I read through the FAGS but couldn't quite figure it out from there either.
Can someone else chime in here and give me a heads up.
Thanks
Marsha

After you click on "Browse" and select your picture, did you click on "Upload"? It should put your picture in.
Also make sure that your picture is in an acceptable format and within the size range for that format.

Hi Marsha

If you look at the Starting Over thread, you should find some drivel from me about posting pictures from Photobucket. If you need further clarification, just shout .

Yours

Fred,
That is exactly what I want to know how to do.
After I typed my post, I clicked on Manage Attachments, the screen came up with the browse spots and I inserted the link to my pictures that are on my hard drive. After I clicked on upload and it said done I closed the window, but my pictures were not in my post, they were listed below my post where it says Manage Attachments. When I copied the link to my post, and previewed my post it came up with the link not the photo.
Obviously I'm doing something wrong (I'm good at that), but I'm not sure what. Any idea.
Thanks
Marsha

I saved your chess set pic to my computer.
I clicked "manage attachments", "browse", then found and clicked on the pic. I clicked on "open" and it went to the manage attachments screen.
The string to the file was in the box next to the browse button. I clicked on upload photos. The file name showed under current attachments. I closed the manage attachments window, and the file name now shows under Additional Options. Do not copy the link to the post.
Click on Submit Reply and here's your picture.

Nice job on the chess set!
