| I'm getting my workshop added to the house OH YEA!
Today, I got the OK from the bank on my mortgage renegotiation, so we will be adding a workshop, I mean garage to the house this year.
It's gonna be as big as I am allowed to make it by the city, and heated.
WOOHOO!!!
Marcel

| Trying not to get jealous here....
Sounds great, I bet you cant wait.
Would love to have a shed/workshop so I had a proper area I could permanently setup my toys errr tools. The scrollsaw is the only one that has a permanent spot because im not carrying a P-20 around!

| Great news, Marcel .
Now for the warning - no matter what size your new place is, it won't be big enough. Heck, you could give most woodworkers an aircraft hanger and three months later they'd be moaning about the lack of space!

If I sand or use table saw etc I need to use the covered entertainment area out the back. I manage, but a dedicated workshop would be great.
The P20 is the top end model of the Delta range, I quite like the saw. Few dont like the way the speeds are done via a belt system rather than a dial, but you soon work out what speeds you need for what you are cutting and just set it before cutting.

| I added 200 sq feet to my workshop (Garage) summer before last and it was great until My Lady joined me. Man, where did all that stuff come from? She lived in a small apartment so I should still should have room in my workshop, shouldn't I????
