|  Automata rhymes with whatsamatta. I was looking on the web for mechanical wooden toys, whirligigs and the like. I came upon some whimsical automata. I think the wit used in the designs is as intriguing as the woodwork itself. like this one from "Our Wooden Wonders"  Has anyone made any automata or whirligigs, and are they willing to post pictures? Here is an example of what I am talking about. I just wish I could see it animated.

| Wednesday evenings between 3 am and 4 am, LOL I get on the saw when I feel the urge. but I confess it has been a couple of weeks. I do have to get back on though, I just picked up a bunch of music box movements. The kind you crank, not the kind you wind. I may just take a week off work and buckle down.
