|  Mt Augustine erupting Wth all the talk about record rain and record drought, thought I'd share the excitement from the last frontier........ a volcano erupting less than 200 miles south of Anchorage. It's went off 4 time so far today, no ash in the big city as the winds are keeping it away. For more info than you could ever want, go to: http://www.avo.alaska.edu/ The Augustine images page takes awhile to load, but has lots of really cool photo's. While not Mt St Helens or Krakatoa in scope, it is still pretty interesting.

| I've been reading that in the newspapers my folks send me. I remember back around 89'-90' when one of them volcanos went off, made a big mess of things with all the ash.
