Default Hand Frame

We have discussed hand frames and how they are still being used for scrolling.
I have one but I do find the blade changes a bit of a pain when doing fretwork.
I am sure that with practice this speed could be picked up, I am also sure the quality of work can be incredible. I am just not sure I want to put out that effort. There are some side effects.
