Thumbs up Software to view PDF in thumbnail format.

If you are like me you have tons of PDF files on your computer, specially those of plans. Sometimes the names are not the most descriptive, some have just a series of numbers representing a date.
I just downloaded a try before you buy program called ST Thumbnail from http://www.softfields.com/
It shows a thumbnail of the PDF files on your pc. You can see a thumbnail of most file types. I have 10 days left in the trial but I have every intention of spending the $29.95 on the program.
If you would like to see what is in the pdf before you open it, try the program.

It does require Ghostscript software, which is a free download.
