|  Katrina I just want to express my horror at the devastation that the recent hurricane has wrought throughout the southern USA. It must be dreadful for the millions who've been affected; they're very much in our thoughts over here in Europe. Gill

| Good topic Gill, our thoughts and prayers are also with our Southern Brothers and Sisters. I just wonder if there will be any international outpouring as is expected of us and many other nations when there is such a disaster...I'll stop there before I become overly critical or political.  Hang in there my Reb friends, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

| Kitrina Well, Last year when Charlie hit Florida I broke a few speed limits going there as My parents lived in Tampa, the target for Charlie. I packed them up and headed south, to Arcidia!! Bad move, we were right in the middle of it!! And I can tell you the hardest thing those in La. face right now it the lack of basic living necessities. The hot, humid daytime heat, and the absoulte lack of light at night will really test them. and add to that there is nothing to do but wait for help really sucks!!!!! For those of you that have been through a cat. 4 or 5 hurricane know what I mean. Well, thats my 2 cents.. Chris.... Ya know, I make some really nice fire wood these days!!!! |
