| Hi friends - thanks for the well wishes This morning I started my birthday bright and early by blasting the condominium with Beethoven's 9th Choral Allegreto, Ma Non Troppo - Presto. Boy, that guy sure knew how to get the blood surging first thing in the morning! Today I'm being spirited off at midday by a couple of factory friends and their wives to a small trattoria somewhere on the outskirts of Verona for a birthday lunch . Chocolate cake is sure to be the order of the day. So much for the diet I started this week! The best birthday present, however, will be getting on that plane in 2 weeks time and going home to my family. And for all you scrollers out there who sometimes lament about having too many birthdays, here's my take on the event. Click here Cheers!
