interesting john,thankfuly i dont use our ATM,probably cause i dont have the funds available,lol.
i do key in my PIN number at the bank counter,any info on skimmming there.

How are you suppose to stay ahead of the crooks?

Thanks for the heads up John. I heard about the card skimmers, but never saw such an in depth article. I give up!

Thanks John. I'd been aware of skimming (somebody managed to attach a skimmer to the ATM outside the Credit Union I use), but didn't know what specifically to look for. I'm still not sure I do (the villains are clever!) but it's good information to have.

Tony, you're probably safe at the pin machine at the teller's station: there's very little opportunity for a crook to modify it. If you can't trust the bank itself then you have worse problems (and given the banking news over the last year, we do! ;( )
