Default How to build a trophy case.

As some of you know I have another GreatDane puppy. She is now 10 months old and is 32" tall at the shoulders and weighs 120lbs.
She also ate a rock about 1 1/2" in size. As it got critical at 10pm on a saturday night the operation and care through sunday was when they are normally closed. Which put the bill at $3300.
So she has to live till she is 100 years old so I can take it out of her allowance.
We have an area about 1000 sq ft covered in pea gravel and I had to sift the whole lot to remove anymore rocks that were big enough to plug her up again. It was only 18 tons of gravel to sift. AARRRGGGHHH..,..
It happened 2 weeks ago so I can sort of laugh about it now. I don't want to just duct tape the rock to the wall but have not come up with a way to mount it for display puposes.
So any ideas will be welcome.
Thanks, Alan and Rafi.

Now that is a LAP DOG!

Somebody made a really kewl box in the shape of a bone for a dog to carry the ring at a wedding...I just can't remember who it was right now. I'll see if I can find the thread using search.

Glad Rafi is ok Alan! But are you sure she's a Great Dane? It sounds like she might be part rock hound! And as usual, I'm of no help on this topic, just couldn't resist a little fun, and I AM glad she's better now. Good luck on the display....just put it up REALLY high...I would hate for her to get it again!

I like rock star better Alan! She's already run up a $3,000+ tab in her short career! LOL

OMG Alan, so glad your pup Rafi is doing better. That's quite a chunk out of the budget. For displaying the "boulder" how about one of those glass encased cubes like they have for a cigarette in case of an emergency?
Hope thats it for the vet bills for a while.
