Resizing photo's in Vista - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

Hi all you computer wizzards!
I just bought a new computer with the Vista 64bit operating system, here is my question.
Under Xp used Microsofts power tools "Resize" for reducing the size of my photo's before posting. I can't seem to find the equivalent for Vista. I have lots of programs to do this but I liked the simplicity of the Resize feature.

Does it exist for Vista 64?

Not that I find. I have been using Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Hope this helps.
