| 2ND of three cedar chest #2IN FINISH #3 ON THE TABLE Well it starts like this my dad ( passed about 6 years ago) had promise all the daughters inlaws cedar chest he got my mom's, aunt, and granny's but he passed before he got the rest and this year i became disable ( bad knees )
anyway my little brother gave me some old cedar that belong to my dad so i through i would make the last 3 chest, i have cut my screw plugs from white Douglass fur i will also be scrolling the daughters inlaws names on a white fur ribbon to go on the front of the chest, the size of the chest is 48"Long x 24" wide x 24" deep

thanks rick number 2 is in finish and number 3 is still on the table i need to change something the wood didn't come from dad's shop little brother was confused but it is still pretty cedar.

| Rick...Very Nice chests  .. I like the color of CEDAR  A couple of month ago i also made two chests u can see in following link My woodwork
but these were made from cheap Mango wood...
Yours looks very nice..thanks for sharing the pics...

| Rick, now I think that is just assume. you are disabled, but you still think of your dads promise. I am all teary eyed at your commitment. to make the other 3 cedar chest. hear comes along some of the wood from his shop, and you get going on it. shazammm. the wood just looks dreamy buy your pictures. and you are getting her done. and then you are adding the scrolled names on the front. dang, I am mystified. how preshas. bless your hart . | That sure is not the Cedar we get around here. The chest sure looks nice with that wood though and will will be passed down as family treasures. Well done.
