| Charlie - Take a look at the first picture you show us. There is a tab there that says "system restore" Click that tab, and it will offer you a series of dates you can take your computer back to. This might help. good luck! Theresa |

 | Ok, I uninstalled the last update AND did the system restore. It still lags somewhat, but Bob said this server has a glitch so now I don't know if it's this site or my computer hahaha. Thanks folks.
