Charlie, I signed up with Propay.com. I didn't need a merchant account, they created one for me. I ordered the "knuckle-buster" and slips off of ebay.

If you use QuickBooks software you can sign up as a merchant under quickbooks. Then your laptop computer an internet connection and you can verify and get approval of the transaction. Money does not get funded for a day or two but that is how credit cards work. Also if you don't want to lug a computer around they do have a remote access type so that you can access and get approval of the card. If you want more info let me know.
