Default Rustication

My family and I are in Virginia this week for a vacation. We spent today (Monday) in Mt. Vernon - home of George Washington.
An amazing place and I'm glad we dedicated a day to it.

I thought this might be of some intrest to the forum, it's a process where you paint wood and throw sand on the wet paint in order to make it look like brick. The whole mansion is built that way.

Tomorrow - Jamestown is the next victim of the hurricane we call Jacob (my son).

Attached is a picture of the sign explaining the process (with examples) and a picture of a part of the mansion showing the final product.
