Disappointed customer of Jeff Zaffino

I came across this forum while searching for a way to obtain a reply from Jeff Zaffino, after 7 months of unanswered emails and phone calls to him. Here I discovered that I am not alone in my frustration and disappointment as a customer of his. A little history: I received a beautiful scroll portrait of his as a gift several years ago, and so placed an order myself in Aug. 07. After months of waiting for the prepaid item, I received the order late Dec.07 which I was VERY UNSATISFIED with. I immediately notified him and received a nice response promising to "correct the problem".
Since that email on Jan.3,08, I have sent numerous emails, at least one postal letter and placed even more phone calls, NONE of which have been answered. I am open to any suggestions.

Gosh Mary, this just breaks my hart. I don't know the smut on jeffs resont probleams. But for me. I still admire the man, he started not to long ago scrolling. and got big fast. really big. Like I said, I don't know the ups and downs, but I will tell you this. in the past, he was on the ball, and totaly comitted. all I can see is something happend and messed it up for him. wish I knew the scoop. but unless it was somthing really bad, I am still a fan. just like wildwooddesings. we can make them or break them. I know if I was under the stress they are going though, I don't think I could make all my commetment eather. Jeff must be getting millions of emails. and who could live up to that. Please give it time. and I bet he will come through for every one. just a groopie of Jeffs. so thats my point of vew. I just hate it when a great artist falls under perfection, and maybe does something roung. and losses all his back acomplishments. unless he did something really bad. I am on his side. and will till I find out differant. please be patient. your friend Evie
