| Cherry burl distortion I needed a lathe fix so I turned a piece of cherry burl that a friend gave me.
I turned it green and then put it in a couple of paper bags to let it dry.
Here is the end result. It was symetrical when I put it in the bag. I am amazed that it didn't crack. It is about 8" tall.
