Default A Pen For My Doctor

I went to see my DR a couple weeks ago and he sent me for X-rays. I am to go back to find out results on Tuesday.
When I was there I showed him one of my pens and he was shocked to say the least. He just couldn't imagine how a person could make a pen like my ebony with maple accents one that I showed him.
So after lunch I decided to make him a pen. This one is made with a piece stag horn sumac from my back yard.

Both sides shown. I am sure he will be quite surprised when I hand it to him.

W.Y.

G'day Bill,
That's a very nice pen mate.

Hope you made it nice and smooth as we've all heard the stories about the Dr. with the thermometer behind his ear.

No camera because it doesn't go around corners very good

Give him the pen, and tell him you will charge him as much as he charges you for work!!!!! He wont want the pen! Looks nice though.I love sumac, its hard to find any around here with decent size to do much with, but big enough for pens, thats about it.
