G'day James,
Not sure why you're apologising.
Keep well.
I can sympathise with you. My Dad had stones a few years back and thought he was having a heart attack. The put him in Hospital the next week and he's been as right as rain ever since.
BTW that was the only time he had ever been to hospital, with the exception of visiting others and being an out patient a couple of times. He's 72

God bless James and keep me posted. We do have to get together when you are feeling better so you can introduce me to all your friends at the woodworking club.

Never had a stone and hope I never do!!!
Working in a Hospital I see a lot of people doubled over in pain from Kidney stones.
Best wishes for a quick recovery.

OWWIE !!!!!!! Had one about 15 years ago. Hope I never have one again. Actually put me on the floor screaming in agony. Apparently they affect the same nerve that is affected in women during childbirth. I have been drinking 8-10 oz of 27% juice cranberry juice every day (half morning and half evening)since to increase the acidity in my kidneys to keep them from reforming. I also cut down on the amount of cola that I drink.
