Default Another Monday

G'day all,
Hope everyone had a great and safe long weekend, and that you all have a pleasant week.

Well, Finally got that kit kitchen sorted out on Saturday, and it looks all right for a flat Pack.

Have been batching for most of this week as the missus left for Sydney on Wednesday and will be home on Tuesday.

It was her 50th Birthday present, as she had always wanted to climb the Harbour Bridge.
So we all chipped in and got her the ticket, the Harbour bridge climb and a ticket to see Phantom of the Opera. She went with my cousin and the really worrying part is that they are staying at a Casino

As for climbing bridges, I reckon that job is for riggers and painters, and my job is destroying timber, so I'm quite happy for each to do his own chosen profession

Ray, from Seyco, sent me a great email with detailed pics on how to eliminate the problems my Ex-21 has been having, so fingers crossed, I'm going to be one happy little bunny soon.

avagudwun all.

John, with you in Australia, I'll bet you have access to all of the fine burls that come from there. I have turned some fine pens from both red and brown malee burls.

Have a great week...

Mike

Hey John...

Good luck with the EX-21. Let us know how you make out. The EX-21 is on my short list to buy.

I jumped out of airplanes long ago (jump school), but you'd never catch me climbing a bridge. Gives me a shiver just thinking about it.

I've been to your country twice for work-related reasons. Spent 3 months in Melbourne at The Age newspaper, and another time 6 weeks in Perth at Perth Print...stayed in Fremantle that time...what a wonderful little town. Each time I came away with high regard for the Aussie friends I made. Consideration for others is alive and well down under...at least it was 10 years ago.

Cheers.
