Default Back home and getting caught up

Hi all. Just wanted to drop in for a minute to let you all know I am back home from my trip to the islands of Antigua and Barbuda and am getting caught up on all of my delinquet chores and family reunion. I spent two weeks on the two islands on work assignment. We traipsed over both islands in places where some of the local people have never been. Both islands are a beautiful place and we enjoyed our trip and what free time we had after work. Anyway, it was a good trip but I am glad to be back home and getting back into the swing of things. Hopefully, I can get back to my shop soon.

Welcome back Andy,
Was wondering what had happened to you, but getting marooned on a tropical island wasn't one of those that came to mind LOL

Welcome home Andy! Sounds like a neat trip even if you had to work. Hope you are back in the shop soon.

Our work on the islands was to perform RF surveys on the two islands and with any luck, locate the source. We were able to accomplish a lot.

The toughest part of the trip was to explain to my wife and kids that I was going on an all expense paid trip to two tropical islands and they weren't going to get to go along.

One thing that some of the Antiguans said to us was, "Hopefully, you got to enjoy some time in the sun." I know they meant well and yes it was nice to spend time in the sun but then I do live in Florida and the only difference was the clear blue Carribbean Sea.
